KTO Karatay University Advertisement Department manages prospective student affairs.  Liaise with secondary and equivalent school principals, counselors, and prospective students throughout the year and coordinate various partnerships and projects to guide them to the most appropriate schools based on their interests and abilities. Thanks to many years of experience, this department represents the KTO Karatay University brand at University Promotion and Preference Fairs.

Marketing Department, cooperating with Public Relations Department, plans the preparing and development of all university marketing materials and organizes their delivery in print and digital media. By having this material shared with all stakeholders who partner with our university, we strive to create a strategy that aligns with our corporate identity and goals and positively contributes to our university's national and international recognition. The main Activities of Our Marketing Department are as follows:

  • Preparing “Strategic Marketing Plan” and identifying the regions and activities that will be conducted under the promotional activity.
  • Prepare the content of the university orientation packet given to prospective students and teachers (inserts, base point, career guides, etc.). Sharing these materials with the university partners.
  • Identifying, organizing, participating, and reporting educational fairs to be attended.
  • Planning and organizing Campus Tours, or programs such as “A Day in the Life of a University Student” for prospective students.  Planning and organizing trips and meals for groups coming from outside of central Konya.
  • Processing and monitoring prospective students’ personal data under KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law) and transferring those personal data to the CRM program.
  • Conducting pilot tests for Higher Education Institutions Examination (YKS) specifically organized for prospective students.
  • Designing training in the areas that the school counselors need.
  • Working with the public relations department to contribute to promotional activities for both university candidates and their families.
  • Update and monitor the website for the Career Quiz and University Recommender System for use by prospective students.
