KTO Karatay University aims to be a university of national and international prominence by providing education and research to address the region's industrial and commercial challenges, and by producing qualified and employable graduates. In the context of these objectives of our university, the Career Development Department aims to form students' professional awareness from the first days of studying at the university, to develop their knowledge and skills, to make career plans, to prepare and guide graduates who are well prepared in all aspects and, preferably, highly employable in our country and the world. KTO Career Development Department intends to train employable graduates through a dynamic curriculum that combines on-the-job training with the formal education they receive at our university. Our department offers support to our current and graduated students by holding one-to-one meetings with them. While helping our graduates with their career plans, we also ensure that our current students take strong steps forward toward their professional lives.
