KTO Karatay University Strategic Planning and Quality Assurance Department was established on 01 January 2017 with the aim of performing basic service delivery processes such as education, training, research and development, and social contribution in accordance with defined standards and criteria.

KTO Karatay University Quality Committee was established after The Regulation on Higher Education Quality Assurance was published in the Official Gazette on 23 July 2015 and entered into force. Strategic Planning and Quality Assurance Department continue to work to support the responsibilities of the Quality Committee and ensure cross-functional coordination.

  • Accreditation: Program Evaluation and Review (MÜDEK, AACSB, AABI, İLDEK, TURAK, etc.)
  • Managing System Certification Process
  • Evaluation of Internal and External Stakeholder Satisfaction through Surveys
