Both students and their families have put in great effort throughout this process. From today onward, in addition to being university students, you will also carry the responsibility of wearing the white coat. You will face many challenges in the future, but do not let these challenges discourage you. At every step, you must strive to improve yourself and stay firmly committed to ethical values. It is our greatest wish that you serve as compassionate doctors. Remember, medicine is a lifelong process of learning and development. In this journey, you must always strive to reach better. I wish you a successful educational career and professional life filled with achievements.' "You Will Wear Your White Coats with Honor Throughout Your Life" Prof. Dr. Mehmet Metin Belviranlı, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, emphasized that medical education is a lifelong process and stated the following: "You have worked with great dedication to earn the right to become doctors, and by wearing your white coats, you have taken the first step into a sacred mission. You must work hard to meet the expectations of your families and society, and to become respected and reliable doctors. Those who wear the white coat must be hardworking, trustworthy, and transparent. You, too, will graduate from here strongly with your white coats and carry out the medical profession, honoring it for the rest of your lives. Medical education is a lifelong process. In our faculty, we are working diligently to provide you with a high-standard, quality, sustainable, and modern education. You also need to work hard to become doctors who are well-equipped and mindful of medical ethics. I have full faith that you will strive to raise the level of healthcare services in our country and around the world. I congratulate the students who have joined our healthcare workforce and wish them success." The white coat ceremony concluded with the professors putting the coats on the students and a group photo session.
