Dear Students, Graphic design, which has started to take place in people's daily lives in parallel with current printing and production techniques, is effective in the education of almost every age. Therefore, graphic design is a universal discipline that enables continuous communication with individuals. Faculty of Graphic Design contributes to this field by nurturing talent with the knowledge and ability to produce ideas required in the field, keeping abreast of technological advances at home and abroad, and providing theoretical infrastructure and cultivation. By studying subjects such as computer-aided design, typography, illustration, digital illustration, and publication design, our students acquire an intellectual identity and aesthetic sensibility that is dynamic, social, evolving, keeps pace with technology, and integrated into the real world. Our students participate in national and international projects with the guidance of our academicians and gain experience in these fields. Students of the Graphic Design Department have the opportunity to graduate with two diplomas by participating in the double major program (DMP). Our graduates have a wide range of job opportunities in sectors such as promotion, publishing, film, and cartoons. They may work as graphic designers, art directors, and assistant graphic designers in advertising agencies, promotion workshops, and organization agencies. Also, many of our graduates have established their own advertising and communication agencies and operate as entrepreneurs in the sector. We wish aspiring designers every success in their education throughout this richly colorful world that offers very rewarding career opportunities both during and after their studies.
