Course Details
Language : Turkish
Level : Bachelor's Degree
Department / Program : Interior Architecture
Mode of Delivery : Face to Face
Type : Elective
Objectives : To use the solar light energy used in natural lighting to acquire enough knowledge and skills in architectural design to make use of sufficient energy, energy efficiency, directing, lighting concepts and architectural design.
Content :
The basic concepts and principles of illumination are introduced and the details and different compositions are taught based on the information needed to solve the lighting problems in architecture. There are literary researches on the use of natural lighting in architectural constructions. In architectural project design and applications, attention is paid to natural lighting, and drawings are made and scale models are built.
