Analytical research methods, visual/verbal documentation and presentation tools, measuring and drawing techniques –with theoretical backgrounds and site examinations- are the basic components of the course. Emphasis will be given to analytical drawings of buildings chosen among historical or contemporary examples. Content : This class focuses on theory and history of measured drawings, principles of manual measuring, measuring with optical and/or electronic instruments, and producing measured drawing from photographs.
