The course involves whole issues about protection of fundemental rights and freedoms, functionalizing rights of both the defendant and the victim while concluding the facts. Content : The course content consists of proceeding of criminal courts and inquirement of the office of the attorney genereal in order to conclude fact after a crime. With in this scope, the course examines the process in which public prosecutor and police investigates evidence, measures of protection such as arrest and custody.
