It provides information on when and under what conditions human rights first appeared, how natural law looks at human rights and freedoms, and ways of protecting human rights and freedoms. Content : The first part of the course focuses on the development of the history of political thought in the context of modern era thinkers, beginning with the Ancient Greek Age thinkers. In addition to the historical development of human rights, fundamental rights and freedoms are covered in the framework of the European Convention on Human Rights and other international fundamental documents in the field of human rights protection, as well as the case law of the European Court of Human Rights and national protection mechanisms.
