Content : Within the framework of this course, firstly, after examining what the executive organs are, the execution procedures of the judgments given by the courts and the rules valid in the type of execution without judgment, especially the execution of valuable documents are discussed. In addition, executive bankruptcy crimes and precautionary lien are also examined. In bankruptcy law, on the other hand, the procedures and concordat regarding how a merchant can be bankrupt are discussed. In addition, the liquidation of goods after bankruptcy and the satisfaction of receivables are examined.
