1 It reveals the sources of Civil Law and the legal relations and results of real and legal persons in all aspects.
2 Comprehends the legal consequences of the marriage contract in family law, the rights and obligations of the spouses to each other, their relations with their children, the termination of the marriage union and its legal consequences.
3 It assimilates the methods to be applied regarding the determination of the place of a legal norm in the whole legal order.
4 Learns how to interpret a legal norm, the method and the rules of logic used.
5 Gains the knowledge, logic, comparison and reasoning skills that will help in understanding, comprehending and interpreting the basic information about all the law courses that will be seen in the next stages.
