1 It should examine the formation and development stages of the law, the legal institutions operating today and the past appearances of the legal rules and their reflections on the present and draw conclusions.
2 Comprehends Roman political history and legal sources, private law system, contribution to the content of Swiss-Turkish Law, general concepts and its effects on modern law within the scope of Roman Law.
3 The foundations of Roman Law, its history and sources and the Corpus Juris Civilis will be emphasized and understood.
4 In the light of theoretical knowledge, the subjects are consolidated with practical coursework in order to reflect on the practice.
5 Gains knowledge, logic, comparison and reasoning competence that will help in basic information, meaning, comprehension and interpretation of all law courses that will be seen in the next stages.
