Objectives : Within the scope of Commercial Law II and "Negotiable Instruments Law", "Insurance Law" courses are discussed. The common aim of the courses is to assimilate various subjects in parallel with national and international developments in order to keep up with the changing and developing commercial life.
Content : The field that occupies the largest place in the Commercial Law II course is "Negotiable Instruments Law". Within the scope of this course, there is detailed information about bills of exchange, bills of exchange, and checks, as well as general information on negotiable instruments. Insurance contracts, types of insurance and special insurance types such as motor insurance, compulsory traffic liability insurance, fire insurance, theft insurance, which are frequently encountered in practice, are also included in the "Insurance Law" course.
