Objectives : It is the acquisition of legislative knowledge that shows how the social services delivery system works legally.
Content : In this course, national legislation provisions and main international guiding texts for social work areas are discussed. In this direction, national and international legal regulations concerning both social welfare services and social services, especially family and child law, are reviewed.
