Content : Definition, purpose and importance of statistics; organization of data; presentation of data in tables and graphs; measures of central tendency and distribution; point estimation and confidence intervals; basic sampling methods and calculations; hypothesis testing; analysis method choices, comparison of measurement averages, parametric and nonparametric tests, regression and correlation analysis are examined.
