Content : Characteristics of the rules of law and differentiation from other social order rules; contemporary legal systems, compilation movement in law and compilation of Turkish Law; sanctions and types, public law, private law, mixed law branches and subdivisions; Turkish positive law and its problems, implementation of various aspects of law; concepts of rights, entitlements and drivers; responsibility and accountability.
