Objectives : This course aims to promote the fundamental concepts of political sociology, the development of political thought and the relations between politics and other social institutions as a social institution.
Content : In this course, various social dimensions and relations of political life will be examined. The emergence of students as a scientific branch of political sociology at the end of this course, the subject and scope, political socialization, political participation, factors affecting participation, participatory citizen and democracy, political culture, political change and revolutions, The important issues of political sociology, such as identity and politics, political and social movements, ideology, power, Islamist movements, risk society and political outcomes, have been grasped by using a contemporary political perspective, their democratic values They are expected to graduate as a citizen of the assimilated and democratic participatory.
