Content : Self-knowledge, self-confidence and self-image; definition, aim, types of communication; basic concepts in communication; variables affecting communication, modes of communication; therapeutic communication and nonterapeutic communication; approaches that facilitate communication; empathy and conflict in the working life, people with assaultive, passive, aggressive and manipulative behaviors and interpersonal relationships; communication in social crises; communication in children; sexual communication; age-specific (puberty, reproduction, menopause, old age) communication; communication in women and family crises during pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum period; communication with women and family in lost and mourning situations; communication with patients and family with gynecological or cancer; in obstetric emergencies.
