Objectives : To investigate the electrophysiological principles of electrotherapy, to examine the responses of tissues to the electrotherapy modalities commonly used in physiotherapy, and to teach the effect mechanisms and application methods of low and medium frequency currents.
Content : Electrophysical mechanisms, physiological responses of muscles and nerves, healthy and renal muscular arousal characteristics will be discussed, basic characteristics of low frequency and medium frequency currents and application principles will be discussed.
