Objectives : The clinical characteristics of neurological diseases, the mechanisms of occurrence of symptoms in the human body, the measurement and evaluation methods used in neurological rehabilitation and the use of neurophysiologically based techniques used in the rehabilitation of these diseases according to their case characteristics, to improve clinical decision making and problem solving skills in the field of neurological rehabilitation.

1 Describe the clinical features of neurological diseases. Classify diseases according to their central and peripheral nervous system effects and describe the clinical features of lower and upper motor neuron influences.
2 Obtain basic and neurophysiological measurement and evaluation methods for evaluation of lower and upper motor neuron influences.
3 Defines the effects of the neurological disease on body functions, activity and participation, and plans the treatment schedule in the clinical decision-making process and practices at the basic level.
