Upon the successful completion of this course, students will be able to:

1 Knows the definition of anesthesia, the features and work organization of the reanimation unit, the functioning and features of the intensive care unit.
2 Alternative airway methods, O2 application in aspiration and reanimation
3 Infections in reanimation, their prevention and precautions that can be taken
4 Knows the characteristics of patients admitted to intensive care and can transfer patients.
5 Oral care, hair and body care
6 Knows and applies patient nutrition, aspiration process, recognizes and intervenes in aspiration pneumonia.
7 Knows the kidney structure and functions, knows the dialysis process, knows the dialysis indications, knows the devices and equipment.
8 Knows the digestive system structures, recognizes digestive system diseases
9 Gains knowledge about stoma opening, cannula care, endotracheal tube care and abnormal findings.
10 Knows ECG recording and can make simple ECG interpretation.
11 She knows the defibrillator, she knows the lethal rhythms, she knows the rhythms that can and cannot be defibrillated.
12 Have information about pressure injuries, their degrees and precautions that can be taken.
13 Knows and applies patient monitoring, monitor features, monitored patient follow-up.
