# Program Learning Outcomes 1 To have effective verbal and written communication skills in mother tongue and foreign language and to use information and communication technologies related to civil aviation cabin services effectively. 2 To be able to master the main issues, theories, terminology and applications related to civil aviation cabin services. 3 To be able to explain and understand national and international airline companies and technological developments. 4 To be able to master the main legal rules and regulations that constitute the legal framework of civil aviation. 5 Nationally and internationally; to be knowledgeable about aircraft, aviation logistics, air cargo, tourism. 6 To be familiar with the legislation related to transportation services, Turkish Civil Aviation Law, customs legislation and regulations. 7 To be able to master basic applications such as first aid, announcement technique, catering techniques, diction techniques related to civil aviation cabin services.
