Objectives : In the course board;
• Fundamentals of medical physics;
• Basic concepts of medical informatics;
• The structure and functional properties of the cell;
• Technical features and usage methods of microscopes used in medical sciences and diagnosis;
• The basic structures of organic chemistry;
• Theoretical principles of history of medicine, physician and medicine;
• The basic principles of ethical and professional approach suitable for physician identity in patient-physician relationship and medical practices;
• Psychological differences of people in their developmental stages, psychological basis of behavior;
• It is aimed to teach students hygienic hand washing, heart rate, arterial blood pressure and measurement of body temperature with the course of medical practices.
Content : It consists of compulsory board courses (Anatomy, Medical Biochemistry, Medical Biology, Behavioral Sciences and Psychiatry, History of Medicine and Ethics, Histology and Embryology, Biophysics, Medical Education and Informatics, Medical Practices, Panel) and elective courses. Theoretical courses are fully attended in the classrooms of the semester; applications are made in Basic Medical Sciences Laboratories.
